How does it work?
Fertility massage specially focuses on the internal organs in the abdominal cavity and helps to improve circulation in the pelvis and sacral area and adjusts the pelvis. It also works on the digestive system and gut health, promoting harmony of immune system health.
What is a Fertility Massage good for?

When to have a Fertility Massage?
If you are trying to conceive naturally:
- the ideal time to have fertility massage is the end of menses to ovulation. This is commonly from day 7 to day 14 of your cycle.
- If you are undergoing fertility assistance:
- with IUI the ideal time for fertility massage is from menses to ovulation & insemination.
- with IVF then we recommend the cycle before you start your treatment
What should I wear to my Fertility Massage?
Loose and comfortable clothing is suitable, but have blankets and towels and a gorgeously comforting heated bed to keep you warm and cosy.
Can I have a Fertility Massage alongside other therapies?
Yes, a lot of people we work with have a fertility massage alongside acupuncture and reflexology but you can also have this as a stand-alone treatment. We really like to work with people to develop a treatment plan, especially in preparation for IVF and this is a really popular and useful treatment to have.
Our clinic is open in Balham 5 days a week and our Streatham one is 7 days a week.
