“The only thing we have full control of in our lives is the way we react”
When you’re Trying to Conceive the waiting is often one of the hardest parts.
It can be hard when you’re:
- In your two week wait of your IVF or IUI cycle
- In the second half of your menstrual cycle and waiting to see if your period does or doesn’t come
- Waiting for your cycle to start
- Waiting for test results to come back for yourself or your partner
- Waiting for embryo testing results
- Waiting for your doctors appointment
- Waiting for scans and those first 12 weeks to speed by
Studies show that approximately 90 % of people going through fertility struggles experience mental health issues. Feeling out of control, anxious, depressed, in a state of permanent high alert is very common. We see this in clinic and our community and this is why Carly has created this course.
The Two Week Wait, uses a mix of coaching exercises, grounding techniques, mind body connections, facial reflexology and breathing/relaxation exercises, based on Carly’s 15 years of supporting people who are struggling with fertility issues.
This course can help you

What people say
“Your 2WW course is brilliant! I honestly love all of it and I think its perfect – I’ve found everything so helpful and its been such a great distraction”
“Knowing I could have those calming moments of support with Carly’s online course whenever I needed it has been invaluable whilst going through my second round of IVF. The wait following embryo transfer is such an emotionally tense time and I’m in no doubt that it contributed to me becoming pregnant”
